Return Policy

We offer full refunds on all unused products within 30 days of your order date. Please email us at so that we may give you specific return instructions as we handle all refunds on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain the original jewelry that came within the candle. 

Please note the following regarding our refund policy:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of your order date
  • We do not refund the cost of shipping nor do we cover the cost of return shipping
  • We do not refund products that have been used or have the jewelry within removed
  • We require photo evidence of damaged products in order to issue a refund or store credit
  • Please ensure your products are well-packaged in the return shipment to prevent damage to the returned products. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for returned products which are damaged due to poor or negligent packaging
  • Refunds are only issued back to the original form of payment or via a store credit
